John was an amazing friend. He had a sense of humor that was rough around the edges, but he was a big teddy bear all in all. He loved his friends, and he loved to have a good laugh. Every time that he was around you were sure to be laughing. He will be missed dearly by those who knew him well. One of his favorite expressions was "so cool". He would use that expression for just about anything, if he thought it was awesome. And I will always think of him every time I hear "so cool."
