In loving memory of Edward Anderson: 1950-2023 Edward Robert Anderson, 73, of Shelton, WA, recently passed away. Ed is survived by his wife Lori; his children, Jenny (Robert) and Jeannie (Matias); brother Jim; and 4 grandchildren, Eric, Nolan, Reyna, and Drew. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bernadette Anderson; and brothers, Tom and Bill. Ed was born in New Jersey in 1950. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the US Air Force where he served 4 years during the Vietnam War. He attended Rutgers University before relocating to California where he met his future wife. Ed married Lori in November of 1984. They welcomed Jenny in 1987 and Jeannie in 1990. Ed and his wife Lori raised a family and enjoyed nearly 39 years of marriage. He was happiest when he was traveling and antiquing, spending time with his grandchildren, and tinkering in his garage. Ed spent his life helping others and he will be remembered for his generous spirit. No memorial service or funeral will be held. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Exceptional Foresters Incorporated.
